Cheeseball recipes are good anytime of year and for any occasion in my opinion. They are a great addition to any gathering. Thanksgiving, Christmas, any time during football season, baby showers – you name it! They always seem to be a big hit.
I’m going to share a couple of my favorite cheeseball recipes. I chose my favorite savory cheeseball and my favorite sweet cheeseball. Making both of them is a great idea because they can be paired with many things making them very versatile. They also pair beautifully with the amazing wines that we offer! See them here.
I made both of these cheeseball recipies low carb because that’s my style of eating. The sweet one can be made with regular ingredients swapped out if you don’t want to make it low carb.

Sweet Cheeseball recipe: Peanut Butter Cup Cheeseball
For this cheeseball recipe, I swapped out some traditional ingredients to make it low card/sugar free. Feel free to use whatever you’d like.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar (I used Lakanto)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips ( I used Max mini chips)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips (I used Choc zeo)
Instructions:
Mix peanut butter and cream cheese until well combined. Add in powdered sugar and continue mixing. Mix in vanilla. Fold in Chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap until firm. If too sticky to roll right away, cool in the fridge for a while. Once rolled into a ball, roll into mini chocolate chips and finely chopped peanuts if desired
Serving suggestions: Vanilla wafers, sliced apples, pretzels, graham crackers.
Wine Paring Suggestion: Chardonay or a Sparkling would be delicious!
