No one knew why. Well, I’m not a person who will just take pills to make things better. To me that is just a band aid covering the real reason for all the problems.

So, I took matters into my own hands and started an elimination diet. Long story short…I ended up figuring out that indeed, it was the foods that I was eating (gluten, dairy, grains etc…) that was causing me all of my pain and skin problems. To this day, following a healthy diet and exercise is what keeps all of the symptoms at bay. No harsh, harmful drugs….Just good, healthy, whole, good for me foods!!
